    The LECC Spring Service Reset is a focused three-hour onsite consultation designed to provide early childhood services with a fresh, practical perspective.

    Your Spring Service Reset includes:

    A pre-visit service questionnaire

    A three-hour onsite consultation;

    Practical recommendations during the visit;

    A written 30-day action plan; and

    A 30-minute virtual follow-up consultation.

    Following the consultation, your service will receive clear, manageable priorities to support meaningful improvement without adding another overwhelming list of tasks.

    The Spring Service Reset is an advisory consultation and does not include physical cleaning, complete compliance auditing, extensive policy rewriting or guarantees relating to assessment and rating outcomes.
